Living/Reception Rooms, Halls/Stairs and
Bedrooms,Vacuuming, Dusting and Polishing as applicable - including Wooden Furniture,
Pictures/Mirrors, Dado Rails, Ornaments, Skirting Boards, Window Sills, Shelves
and Units.
Bathrooms/Toilets:
Clean all Baths, Toilets, Bidets and Wash Basins. Wash down Tiles, Vacuum or
Clean Floor Tiles as applicable.
Kitchens:
Wash Floors and Clean all Work Surfaces. Clean the external surfaces only of
Cookers, Fridges and Freezers, Washing Machines and Dish Washers.
Materials:
We supply all of our own equipment and Cleaning Materials. You are free to
supply any personally preferred materials should you so wish.
General:
We are NOT hired to "tidy up" however it is in our interests that you return
to a tidy house. Therefore, unless otherwise instructed and within our own
discretion, we will carry out any "general" tidying which we consider necessary.
Note also:
Beds can, but will only, be made or changed by special arrangement. Washing
up is NOT included (again, except by special arrangement) although we will rinse
the odd cup. Only LIGHT Furniture will be moved for access and our Insurance
does NOT cover us for Cleaning Windows.
